Will this image from a large capacity drive to a smaller drive as long as there's not too much data for the smaller drive? Seems like clone programs always need to go from a small drive to a larger drive.

Yes. I have used it to go from a 1TB disk to a 512MB SSD.

*PLEASE(* stop saying this includes 250GB of cloud storage. It's just a VERY short demo trial... then a huge fee every month for the rest of your life. Avoid? Yes.
