I have a trial version already installed on my pc. If I purchase this product, will I receive the product key?  So I will not have to uninstall my trial copy and then reinstall the new copy and lose my data.

Most importantly - you will NOT loose your data, even if you uninstall Office.

When I bought this, I received a key + instructions for downloading the software.

What is difference between PC download and PC key card versions?

The difference is in the way you receive the product key which grants you the privilege to download and use the software.  With the download product, you receive the product key by email.  With the key card product, the product key is on a physical card delivered to you in a physical package through mail or parcel service, and you then submit the product key online and download Microsoft Office.

The download product allows you to begin using Microsoft Office sooner, but if you have the patience to wait for a physical item to be shipped to you, there are occasional sales promotions where you can get an Office key card product at a lower price.

Microsoft Access is not part of the Home & Business (H&B) suite.  It is bundled with Microsoft Office Professional Edition which also includes Publisher and other additional applications.

Microsoft Access is also available standalone on Newegg.  If H&B provides everything you require except Access, it may be more cost-effective to purchase the standalone Access alongside H&B.

is this considered the click to run version?

Technically this is a click to run software because you do not get the media with it and is controlled by Microsofts Click to run. However the programs are directly installed on,your computer and they are not streamed from the cloud on an as needed basis so you don't have to be connected to the Internet to use them. Absolutely. All X86 and X64 software will run on an X64 system. However, X64 software won't run on an X86 system.

what does 7gb of storage mean?

gb, or Gigabytes, refers to a unit of computer storage.  A typical computer hard drive, for example, has a 500gb (should actually be capitalized, e.g. GB) of storage.

So if you're looking at a tablet or something similar that says is has 7gb storage, that's really not a lot at all by today's standards.

Will Office 2013 work with Windows 10?

good question, before they had an app that scanned your coputer and told you what would and what would not work with 7, my quess is that we will be having to dump a lot of stuff, printers, programs, they have been very hush hush on this matter.

That is a rather apples-goats question.  It doesn't have to be either just full program or just activation code.  This product is actually both.  Once purchased, you receive a code in email and then download and install the full Office 2013 Home & Business product.  The whole process is done over the Internet.
