Can I also file my personal return with this software?

Yes you can. There are two separate software to be installed, one is the business tax return software, the other is the Premium personal tax return software. You use the business tax return to file tax for your business and use the Premium tax return software to file your personal tax return.
You can e-file your business tax return for the federal portion for free, as for the state portion, it only supports three states, CA, MI, and NY.

Is this software for use with filing Fed & State Trust returns?

This product handles the various flavors of federal Form 1041 for Estates and Trusts, etc. (You can check by going to HRBlock website and looking for the list of Forms Included.)  My state is so simple that I just fill in 2 pages manually on paper, mostly copying from the federal Form 1041.  Probably state returns can be added (downloaded while using the program), and they probably cost a little, but I've never used that.

I have not opened it this year but one state has always been included in the past.  It will prompt you to download the state when you start your return.
