my bluetooth wont turn on it was working fine for a while what would cause that?

If it was working fine, a few things could be the cause of not working now:
1) It is disabled. Go to Control Panel,  then Device Manager. Right click on its name, then Properties. See if it says "This device is working properly". If not, follow the instructions. There will be a code. Search for its meaning.
2) If you have Windows 7, go to Start, then Devices and Printer. Your device should be there. Right click and see if it is disabled.
3) Finally, uninstall its Driver: Go to Control Panel, then Device Manager, then to Bluetooth. Right click on it as in #1 above. Click where it says Uninstall. Click yes at the window that will show up, and then RESTART you computer. If the problem continues, then go to the #4 below.
4) In last instance, Uninstall the Bluetooth totally going to Programs and Features at Control Panel. After you remove and restart your computer, install de novo the entire application.

It should I can't see any reason  why not.  The only reason not  that I can think of would be distance from the comp.
