Can this be used to configure 2 printers on a usb hub?  Or, could two of these be used on the same wireless network for two printers?

Hmm... I don't know.  We never had a need to drive 2 USB printers off of it. After a moment of thought I think probably not.  The printer server would have no way to differentiate which device to sent the job to.  Both printers would probably get the same job to print.

Will this work for windows 10 OS?

I assume so, as long as there is a Win 10 driver for the printer.  I'm printing to it from Ubuntu Linux, which had a driver for the old HP LaserJet connected to the StarTech.  The printer definition on Ubuntu shows the network connection as "lpd://192.168.0.10/LPT1" (the IP of the StarTech).  If I haven't printed to it in a while I sometimes have to cycle power on the printer to get it working.  Also, I never got the WiFi working; the StarTech is connected to the network via an Enet cable.  (I tried working the WiFi problem with their tech support but eventually gave up and went the hard-wired route.)
