Although I am not positive it will, I imagine that it will work with any ISP. Mine is CableAmerica and there was no problem connecting the adapter.

I'm attempting to use this adapter with windows 8.  Following directions from disc to "insert adapter..", then msg saying it does not detect the adapter.  What can I do?

Dick, I am using this adapter with Windows 7 and have had little problem with it. I am afraid that I don't know anything about Windows  8. Are you sure that it is compatible with Windows 8?

I am trying to make a non-wireless computer wireless so that it will work with a wireless printer (canon pixma mg2520) and netgear router (n600). I want it also to be able to handle onlive gaming once I get the right graphics card in there.. Can this product do it? What product would be best for making this system work? Are there additional system requirements not listed?

Idk, probably. It worked fine on windows 7 premium, so it should work on windows 10.

What is the range?

I have the router in the basement and the adapter is two floors up. Probably a total of less than 40 feet but through two floor/ceilings and it works fine. Excellent connection and speed. Donot have the adapter plugged directly into the pc, have an extension. When it's plugged directly into the pc you get interference from the power supply.

I have a Comcast provided wireless router.  Your product is attached (provided by DISH) to my DISH Hopper.  The router is working (ergo, this contact) but the adapter flips between 2.4GHz and 5GHz and I cannot get it to stabilize.  What is the button for? on the adapter?  Do I need to push it, when?

The button is for push and connect with the router if the router is equipped with that feature.  My router is dual band also, but I named the ID for each band slightly different. For 2.4 GHz I called it Fly-dlink and for 5.0 GHz it is called fly-dlink-media.  You should be able to rename yours in the setup features of your COMCAST router.

this model is supposed to be a sub for panasonic dongle dy-wl10 for
connecting viera cast plasma tvs to wireless network.  I see in reviews
that a cd software is associated but that can't be loaded into the tv.
will the thing work with the tv just by completing the menu id and passwords for the wireless modem?  Also supposedly only serail #s
with a prefix of 2d4 are compatible?  thanks
