Assuming you are asking about  transfer speed  there are a number of factors that go into if you put a laptop next to it 300Mb/s if your 20 feet away on the other side of a wall with electrical wiring running through it probably 120Mb/s or less

what is the range of transmission/reception for this router? I need it to reach between to buildings, about 30 yards apart, line of sight between 2 windows

This router should work for you - I have the router in the center of my basement and my neighbor easily has access to the Internet.  Construction is frame on both homes (no windows on that side of the home).  Also the wireless should work to 300 ft in optimum conditions.
