Does this include a PoE adapter?

It's been awhile since I bought this, but I don't believe it does. You either need to buy a PoE adapter or you need to use a PoE enabled switch. With the cost of a PoE adapter being just a bit lower then a cheap PoE switch, you are probably better going with a new switch. The AP does include a AC adapter for plugging it directly into wall voltage if a outlet is nearby.

does it has to be inside or can be used outdoor ?

There are vents running on the perimeter of the back side, and the connectors in the back are not water proofed. Even if you had a covered spot, the vents would let small bugs in

I’m setting up a very small wireless network. Just need to WAP’s and a POE switch. Going to put FIOS into the POE switch then run cable out to the WAP’s. Do I need anything else?
