You need either a modem for a DSL telephone system or one for a cable system depending on which internet service you have and this router has neither or they would be promoting it as such.

Will the My Net N600 HD Dual Band Router work with 220Volts, and if not what is the wattge of this router please?

This product uses 12vdc power at 2 amps, therefore 24 watts.  If you have a 220 volt power adapter that will supply 12vdc 2 amp, you can uses 220.  All depends on your adapter. The adapter I got with it says it is compatible 100-240 V 50-60 Hz. So as shipped, it should be good on 220.

My internet speed can only reach 2.60mbps (downstream) and 0.86mbps(upstream) via 2.4ghz but my internet plan is only 3mbps If I use the 5ghz network can I achieve more than 3mbps speed?

No. Your internet plan is the limiting factor; the router cannot connect to the internet at a speed greater than that provided by your ISP. Also, the speeds you indicate that you are receiving with your 3mb/s plan are actually the maximum you would see with either 2.4ghz or 5ghz "N" wifi. The true speed will always be slightly less than the rated speed as there is network overhead that takes a small portion of the bandwidth.

I have a question, can a 2.4ghz device connect to a 5ghz network because I will definitely turn off the 2.4ghz network. And one more thing if I have a slow internet connection can the 5ghz boost up my speed?

Sorry. No. Your device needs a 5Gz receiver to be able to work with the 5Gz network. Most newer phones and laptops have both 2.4 and 5 Gz receivers, but please check your device specifications. Also the range for 5Gz is shorter than 2.4 Gz. Your internet speed will depend on your provider. If you have a fast plan but currently use an a/b/g router, you will notice faster speeds. Nothing like directly connecting to a 100Mbps Lan cable though. Also your device needs to be n capable. If you have an older device with a/b/g, it will not improve your speed.
