So, if you can use any of the reference drivers from these sources, I would say yes. Else, your on your own.

Cards like this Don't care if the system is 32 bit or 64 bit.  They have there own controller for information and just pass it along via the PCI bus to the System.

* I've got one in Win 7 64 bit - its fine.

Do the Drivers come on a disk with this Internet Card?

Yes, it comes with a CD, for me though it was plug and play Windows 7 downloaded the drivers automaticly.

No reason at all why it won't work as long as you have an available PCI slot to install it.  You didn't mention what operating system you are using.  Just make sure the product comes with drivers for whatever operating system you are using.  I bought it because there were not drivers for my older network card for Windows 7.  Works fine.

Should, as long as you have a PCI slot you should be good. The MB I stuck it in was about 10 years old. Just check and make sure you have a free PCI slot.

No it doesn't have DOS drivers. The chipset is Realtek's RTL8169.

It most definitely is. In order to bring an older ASROCK (socket 775) board to specs for a Windows 7 Home (32 bit) installation I purchased this NIC as one of the components I upgraded. My old NIC was end of life for support. This one still is supported and compatible with Win 7.

it fits in and 3.5 bay and comes with a silver or black faceplate.  You can mount it in a 5 inch bay with an adaptor but u would have to modify the 5 inch bay cover on the computer.
