Does this work with the Raspberry Pi? If so, how do i get it to work?

Yes, it works well but you need to compile a driver (corresponding to your current kernel).  So it doesn't work "out of the box".

The required driver source is on github in "gnab" repos as rtl8812au  (I can't post links)

It supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands, and as a normal client but can also act as an access point (with hostapd, though you might need a patched version, but IIRC, the current one works, or the one that you can get from the adafruit learning "turn your pi into an AP" version).
I have two, one to tap into a local wifi internet, and the other to act as an AP.

Is there a driver for a Mac running os10.10.3?

Mine did not come with a driver for Mac.  I would check their web site for the appropriate drivers and see if they have one for Macs.  The dongle is great and use it on a couple of machines I have without any problems.  Been running it for a least a year with no hiccups.

Not sure if you are asking a question or or making a statement.  The sentence that you typed is worded as a statement but the question mark implies that it is a question.

If it was intended as a statement then I will go ahead and note it in the NSA logs that you do not understand the uses of a usb wi-fi adapter.  If it was intended as a question then I can tell you that a usb wi-fi adapter allows a computer that does not have a built in wi-fi adapter to connect to wi-fi networks.

Will this work on a macbook pro?

Yes.
I am using it on a Retina Mid 2012 macbook pro under OSX 10.9.5.
I got the driver from the rosewill site.  I believe there is a link to rosewill on the specifications tab of the newegg item page.
If not, then google rosewill and go to their download area and select rnx-ac600ub.  All the drivers should be there along with the current manual.
