Compatible with iphone, kindle and nook for cloud usage?

I have not used the cloud share, but the documentation indicates that it will work with iOS and Android. I seriously doubt you can use it on a kindle or nook. You can go to the app store on the devices, and search for the EnShare app.

can i hook this to my current router or do i have to only use 1 router?

Double NATing is never really a good thing as it complicates traffic shaping but I believe this router can be used as an access point \bridge without routing.

Can the USB port can be can be use also for broadband modem.instead of file sharing?

not sure i dont use the usb port

how i can change the password?

The Admin section of the Management menu allows you to change the EAP300 default password and to configure remote management. By default, the password is: admin. The password can contain 0 to 12 alphanumeric characters and is case sensitive. If you no longer have it, you can download the manual from the manufacturer as a PDF, their site is engeniustech dot com, search for model N300 and go to the downloads tab.
