Is this Windows 10 Compatible?

Yes purchased this to use the 5GHz wifi on my Windows 10 laptop that only had 2.4 . Plugged it into the laptop and worked immediately. The only thing you have to do is go into the network settings and turn off your old adapter and login to the Wifi network.

Where is this manufactured? Country of origin?

Do not know....For the four units I purchased, I have experience about 50 percent failure rate......not so good.
