Can I use this on a desktop PC and then be able to listen to music such as Pandora or Spotify on bluetooth headphones?

Yes, it works with Pandora. I didnt try spotify.

I was able to get this to work with a Windows Vista PC 32 OS and creative bluetooth headset. The somewhat tricky part of this is changing the sound profile to maket the headset the default audio output device, rather than speakers.

Will this work with windows 7 and is the driver included?

It does work with Windows 7.  I don't recall if I had to download the latest drivers off the internet.  I wanted to use the BT for synchronizing my phone with the desktop computer but found that the software that came with the phone that uses USB - a lot easier to deal with.  With the USB I plug the phone in and I'm good to go whereas with the BT device connecting was a hassle.

I have two of these.  The software is a little quirky but the basic bluetooth connectivity works OK.  I initially wanted to be able to stream audio to my hearing aid, but that didn't work out because of the hearing aid BT, not the AZio.  Aside from that, as I found out, music streamed to hearing aids is poor fidelity so don't even go down that path.   Bottom line, the Azio provides reliable basic Bluetooth for a reasonable price.

Would this be able to connect to a headset so I can speak via Steam chat?

Yes, it will work but it depends on your headset. I have a newer model headset and had to buy a different adapter that would allow both hearing and speaking at the same time. I couldn't get the AZIO to do both at the same time for me.

Does this have a built in antennae? I'm sorry for the horrible question. Just wanna know I'm getting a good product

We use this to communicate with a robot - we just plugged it in, and could send programs to the robot. It does not do so well if you constantly remove and replace it, as the black cover comes off, but it still worked well, and we just pushed the cover back over it. We have several of these and are happy with them.

It worked for me on 8.1 (using 10 now). Overall I can't say that I've been very happy with it but you didn't ask that so it's not important. The answer to your question is yes but it can be a bit tenuous.

Can I stream music thru it in a non Bluetooth capable car?

No. it doesn't come with the software to support that. You'll, probably need a new stereo for you car to do this. You're taking about the equivalent of gluing an antenna to the top your car to get over the air TV. Just because it's USB didn't mean it will magically work when you plug it in.

This USB Adapter will work with most any Windows Operating System computer. As long as you have a USB port to plug it into. The software installs on Windows XP, 7, and 8 to my knowledge. Aside from that, it performs its required task of sending and receiving Bluetooth signals.

Yes, and it can connect any Bluetooth enabled device to your computer.  I currently use it to connect a Bluetooth headset for wireless headphones.  The range is about 20' from my computer before the sound starts cutting out (this computer is also kind've tucked away under a desk next to a wall/surrounded by bookcases, so it's not surprising that I'm getting interference ~20' away)
