You're good, I started using it with 8 pro and later upgraded to 10 and have had had zero issues.

Exactly how is this capable of 1.3 Gbs when both bands have a max speed of 300 Mbs?

It doesn't lol... but for the price it is a great card...i bought the Router with it aswell they are easy to youe and great for gaming.
