Has anyone got this laptop to to display the correct time? I live in US central (GMT -6) and the time always displays 6 hours ahead (it's currently 6:19PM and showing 12:19PM). I've heard it is a Windows 8 problem only but none of the solutions work for me. Setting my laptop to GMT -12 displays the correct time but then my applications are 6 hours behind in their times. Can anyone help? This has been a problem for me since I bought it in June.

From my experience it probably is a Windows 8 issue, but the only fix is manually adjusting the time. I find it only resets after reboots and shutdowns. If you keep the laptop in sleep mode then you shouldn't have a problem.
