Um..not exactly sure. But I'll tell you that it looks brand new. I was expecting maybe a few scratches or a blemish, but I can't find either! I bought it for my son for Christmas, I'm a little jealous though...this computer is much nicer than mine and the resolution is gorgeous!!!! If I had the $$$ I'd buy another for myself.

I bought this for my husband and he has gone through the learning curve of Windows 8 but he says the computer is very fast.  He is not playing games, just the internet searches and emails and he likes that it is a Toshiba and it looked brand new when we opned the box. So far, so good.

No discs. You have to make your own 3 disc recovery set. , which is easy enough. BTW, the screen is beautiful, and bright. The sound is also great. I'm a long time computer user and I think this is a good deal.
