How loud does the cooling fan get while gaming?

I think it's pretty decent.  I've played BF4 and Simcity on it (among others) and while you can hear it, I wouldn't say it's a distraction.  I was very concerned about this aspect before I bought this laptop as well.  When the laptop starts up, it really cranks up the fans.  If it was as bad as that during games, then I'd say it would be an issue, but it's not.

This laptop has met all of my expectations.

Does this come with a matte display or a glossy display?

Are the hard drives partitioned in any way dividing them from their full sizes?

I don't know about the partitions, but when I open the "computer" window the space on the SSD and HDD are listed as 238Gb and 931Gb respectively out of the claimed 240Gb and 1Tb capacities.

If I switch to battery saving and keep number of apps I have open down to a min and just watch a movie or browse? I can get 3+ hours out of it.
