How do i activate the back light on the keyboard?

The last windows update disabled the backlight on my zenbook. Before that holding the function key and pressing f4 would change the backlight brightness.

There is no LAN port on this machine.  I do not know why they have it worded like that, but you may use the USB 3.0 to attach an ethernet adapter.

Theoretically the answer is yes.   Windows 10 will run on the computer the question will be drivers and  much of that depends on the manufacturer supporting the device (even more so for laptops).  Even if they don't you can often just find out what audio, graphics, network chip they used and go get the driver from them.  However in some cases they take the base part and modify it.  In this case only their drivers will work for it.

No larger SSD AFAIK, but you can get the same model overseas with the core i7 CPU.  Wished they offered that here in the U.S.
