Can you add more than 1 hdd to this laptop?

Yes, you can also add a ssd to it and run the ssd as the boot drive, which is what I am doing on mine currently, also with the hdd as a storage device for things like documents, pictures, music and videos, also as a backup drive in case the ssd crashes

Does this come with the software disks so I can install all of it on the ssd I ordered with this laptop?

It does not. All Windows 8 laptops haven't been coming with such media to my knowledge. Their theory is that you should create your own. Me personally, I use free drive cloning software. There's tons out there but I've always gone back to Macrium Reflect. I like it because it gives you tons of options and you can image a drive that's in use. I do not work for them or anything, I've just been really impressed with their software.
