Yes it does! It does not have one for just a microphone though, in case your headphones need a separate jack for that.

I see below that you get a year of Office 365, is it possible to load Office 10 on this machine, since I already have a bulk license for that?

Office 10 should install just fine, but keep in mind the usable space on the hard drive is listed at 20.8 GB so install only what you need. Also, the version of Windows that came installed on my machine was actually a 32-bit version instead of 64-bit so make sure your version of Office is compatible.

Is this laptop fast enough to stream el gato captures from ps4 or ps3?

No, according to the Elgato system requirements, you need a 2GHz multi-core processor.

This laptop is best used for surfing the Web or watching Netflix/Hulu.

It says free windows 10 upgrade when available, does that mean 8.1 will come pre-installed and I may or may not get windows 10 software to install myself depending on availability? Or does it mean windows 10 will come pre-insalled out the box depending on availability?

A user must go to the Microsoft website and ask for the upgrade.  A screen will appear, a user then downloads the installer tool.  When downloaded a user then hits run and windows 10 downloads over a period of four hours.  During this time a user can continue working or lock the laptop while power remains on.

Does this have a DVD RW drive?

No DVD drive and It does not have enough memory available to load in virus protection software. and the USB port stopped working after two weeks. It is of no use anymore. I have alternate suggestions.

Can I increase the hard drive capacity? 32GB is nothing. Can I increase it?

You can insert a micro SD card in the side, leave it, and use that for your storage needs.  A 64 GB micro SD is pretty economical these days.  You can also use externals and web storage.  As far as removing the internal hdd and replacing with something bigger, it's not going to happen.  It's just a tiny bit of flash memory soldered to the board.

The specifications for this laptop state that it has 64 bit Windows 8.1. Is it really 64 bit? All other versions of this laptop that are sold elsewhere come with 32 bit Windows.
