Has anyone that bought this computer had it fixed? I play WoW and it is always freezing. I have sent it off to get fixed to no solution. I have done factory resets as well as unitstalling nividia and installing it again nothing I do seems to work.

Bought this for my wife.  Same issue.  It's always freezing up.  Seems to have something to do with when she unplugs the power cord or plugs it back in.  That usually causes the computer to freeze.  Have tried multiple troubleshooting steps as well with no success so far.

Yes, it is a separate SSD installed on board. We can easily replace HDD 1TB. Mine now has 2 SSD.
