Can I upgrade the memory to 20GB by removing one of the 4gb memory sticks and replacing it with an 8gb or 16gb ddr4 laptop memory stick?

CHECK OUT the DESCRIPTION on Newegg by ASUS, ... it SAYS only UP to 16 GBs. And another Person said in the REMARKS, that it is SOLDERED. I would CHECK with the ASUS Site, like i have done for my questions ...

Is the processor's base frequency set at TDP-up 2.8GHz or is it modifiable/configurable on this laptop model?

I believe you can hack more but the 3 modes simply adjusted to power mode, balance mode and performance mode.

Can I upgrade the memory?

no, but it's a single module/slot so it runs fast

is the charger included?

There is a charger included, but being that is bulky, I bought an ANKER 65W which is so tiny and easier to carry and I prefer it that way because the cable is not (permanently) attached to the charger. A cheap 15ft or 10ft 100W USB C cable is good enough, no need to get an expensive cable.
