The ASUS ROG Zephyrus GX651AX-DB96 is a high-performance gaming laptop with an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor, GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU with 24GB of video memory, 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, and a 1TB SSD, suited to demanding gaming and creative workloads.
Recommended For
- Creators who keep a timeline, reference material, chat, or tool panels open while working will make practical use of the second display; the two OLED touchscreens also suit color-focused editing and review workflows.
- PC gamers who want a high-end RTX 5090 laptop and regularly keep a game guide, stream, chat, or other reference on a second screen will benefit more than players who expect games to span both displays.
- Hybrid workers and presenters who move between desk setups and need a built-in second screen for notes, meetings, or side-by-side documents can use its detachable keyboard and flexible screen arrangements without packing a separate monitor.
- Users who want one laptop for demanding graphics work and gaming, while also valuing a color-rich OLED workspace, are a closer fit than buyers who only need a conventional single-screen gaming machine.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- When editing video or photos away from a desk, keep the project on one display and source clips, reference images, or editing controls on the other; the two-screen layout reduces the need to constantly switch windows.
- During a game, leave a walkthrough, chat, or stream on the second display while playing on the main one; this keeps reference material visible without repeatedly minimizing the game.
- For work involving email, messaging, and research, place communication apps on one screen and documents or browser windows on the other; reviewers found this useful for keeping several work apps in view without tab-switching.
- For streaming or recording gameplay, use one display for the game and the other for chat, stream controls, or monitoring tools; the separate workspace can make it easier to manage a live session while playing.
- For a shared viewing or local co-op session, fold the displays into a sharing or tent-style setup so two people can view the screens; compatible games can use the arrangement for side-by-side play.
