Is this laptop good for gaming?

I guess it depends on what games you're planning on playing. The video card on mine is an AMD Radeon HD 7570M. If you're playing online games (like on FaceBook) you should be fine. If you're looking at playing even an older version of some games you'll also likely be fine. Will you want to try playing the latest Borderlands or other first-person shooter? Probably not. This is a business-class laptop meaning great for business, not so great for gaming. Yes, it will play some games, but I would not purchase this laptop specifically to play games.

Question 2

Is this laptop capable of using a docking station?

Also - when ours arrived I discovered it was 64 bit (I have the identical machine issued to me by my employer but it is 32 bit).  64 bit means you can boost the RAM.  So I immediately stripped out all the garbage software HP puts on their machines (anti-virus apps, computer function monitoring apps, etc. etc.) then took it to my local shop for a RAM boost.  Computer runs like a rocket now.  Wife has been using it since last September with no issues.

I have 3 questions.

1)  Can you ask the re-seller Is this a new product or a refurbish product.
2)  What software does the computer come with?
3)  If it comes with Microsoft Office, which one is it?

- I bought a new machine.  If it is/was anything else that would be clearly stated.

2) What software does the computer come with?

- Mine had MS Windows 7 plus the usual junk that HP sticks on.  The listing stated that they were selling off the Win 7 versions, I assume because Win 8 is now released.

3) If it comes with Microsoft Office, which one is it?

- Does not come with MS Office.
