This product description says 2MB of RAM but most of this model on the internet have 4MB. Which is correct?

I have seen it listed for sale both ways. You will need to check the specs to find out about RAM, size of hard drive, etc.

can I download Microsoft office, skype?

You can only use Microsoft office online through your Microsoft account (although google offers several options for reading / editing these documents in Chrome). I believe there is a work around for Skype, but officially, you should be using gChat on the Chromebook...

What kind of apps can this download?

It can download any app in the google market place as long as they are chrome compatible. If you want to check the availability of your favorites, just web browse over it.

is it possible to upgrade the RAM to 4 gb ??

Not officially, but some people have done it.

does it have a video camera in the front ?

Yes you can utilize Google Hangout and video chat with this Chromebook.

This Computer comes with Microsoft office already in it, correct?

No, Chrombooks cannot run MS office. Only application that can run inside the chrome web browser will work. For office applications this would be Google Docs.
