Overview says buy Office Personal, but this machine says 1 yr Office 365 included. Do you need to buy anyway?

It comes with Office 365. As soon as you open one of the Office programs (Word, Excel, etc) it will ask you to register your account and computer. I assume it expires after 1 year and that's when you will need to buy your own subscription.
