It seems Jerry D. is correct the webcam was originally an optional add-on for this model. Mine did not come with a webcam. Will have to return this which is extremely frustrating.

Will this support a Citrix receiver?

The HP ProBook 640 G2 runs on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and has an Intel Core i5-6300U processor with 8 GB of memory and 256 GB SSD storage. These specifications should be able to support Citrix Receiver, which is compatible with Windows operating systems and generally requires a system with moderate processing power and memory.

Does this come in the original packaging?

No but mine was packed very well.

Does this have a new battery?

Generally no, but it is up to the refurbisher to provide a new battery (most do not, and if they do, you pay for it in a higher price). You will need download HP's PC Hardware Diagnostics program for whatever Windows version it has (Pro or Home). You can also boot into BIOS by hitting the F2 key repeatedly during bootup then run the test in the built-in UEFI HP Diagnostics program.
