As Windows 7 is pre-installed, what do you do if you need to reinstall the operating system?

Thanks - I will try. I just bought this in late November and the keypad/mouse can only work in safe mode. Dell told me to reinstall operating system, but the F7 button has not been working. I security key code is on a sticker on bottom of laptop.

Does this Item have a built in Web Cam or not? I just got one for my daughter and need to know if I have to get a clip on cam for it and does it have a built in Mic?

I got an E6420. The literature says it comes with a built-in webcam, but the one I got did NOT have a cam.

Is is used? Does it has signs of normal use/wear?

It is refurbished so it was used. I did not notice to much in the way of where and tear but the g key in the keyboard is very sticky.
