Does it have a backlit keyboard?

No, it does not. It also does not have a webcam, despite there being one in the image provided. Its simply a feature that this particular configuration lacks.

Question 2

Do the laptops shipped have a fingerprint reader?  Picture shows one, but there is nothing stated in the description either way.

The one I received does have the fingerprint reader. I do not use it so I cannot comment on how well it works, however. Overall, I have been very pleased with the M4600. It has met or exceeded every expectation of mine.

I need to know for certain this is the 1920 x 1080 also does it have WiFi and a web cam?

The screen resolution on mine is 1920 X 1080 for sure.  It has WiFi (I assume you mean wireless) as well.  Mine does NOT have a Web cam.  This I can tell you ... I am a professional software developer and have been using laptops sine 1991.  This unit, with Windows 7 (64 bit) Professional and the I-7 Intel processor, is the best performing laptop I have ever used.  Good Luck. Pat

Did not see Bit Torrent on machine.

Used for Tech School and loaded all the resource intensive Microsoft SQL Server products and ran full parallel processing with multiple instances running memory limits to the edge... never experienced an issue.  This is one Robust Machine.

What kind of graphics card comes with this laptop? And does it have a VGA port?

It does also have a VGA port on the back of the unit near the HDMI port.  Windows Device Manager lists the graphics adapter as two devices:  Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 and NVIDIA Quadro 1000M.  NVIDIA's Control Panel only lists the Quadro 1000M (on the PCI Express x16 Gen 2 bus, shared 3780 MB & dedicated 2048 MB DDR3).

I have a few questions regarding this device.

What is the condition of the case (like new, good, scratches)?
Does the battery still hold a charge? (6v or 9v)?
Anyone install a msata SSD card? or use the optical drive mount for second hard drive (ssd)?

Case came with no damage except for a small amount of orange paint that had been scraped ONTO the system. Battery holds a charge fine, but it comes with an older adapter which works but provides low wattage.

Specs say: Advanced 8GB Memory ... is that 8GB DDR3 Memory?

8 gigs ddr 3, running in dual channel at 667 mhz max. 1.5V. Samsung branded. max cas latency of 9 ms.

According to Speccy it also has 2 free slots, but, as I have not opened it up, that might just be the chipset saying it can SUPPORT up to 2 more free slots, so I can't say for sure.

This particular laptop has "integrated" graphics with an Intel-supported motherboard.  It does not have a "dedicated" video card, though the model supports aftermarket installation of several different graphic cards.  It's screen resolution is HD 1920x1080, very sharp and clear.  A great computer for watching streaming vids, but not a gaming machine without an aftermarket GPU upgrade.
