Can this Ultrabook have it's operating system upgraded to Windows 10, or is it recommended to keep the operating system at Windows 8.1?

I've had this laptop for many years now and I did eventually upgrade Windows with no problems.  It's quite capable of the upgrade, but Win 10 wasn't out at the time of original production.

To anybody who have bought it or reviewed it,... can you tell me if the keyboard is as bad as some people report? I see that there is a reviewer that reviewed it in july 2014 but in the dell website there are updates for the bios, windows 8 and 8.1 and for the keyboard and mouse drivers dated september 2014. So I want to know if anybody have taken the time to do all the updates including the bios and if there have been any improvement on the keyboard. From my experience with 3 different 2 in 1 , the problems I found were with windows 8.1 drivers and updates and not so much the hardware. Thanks for your answers.
