I cannot tellyou because the power connection keepsdisconnecting and I have to wiggle it to see it charging again. UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It comes with office 2013 but prompts you to purchase it or enter a activation key to use it. I has enough ram and fast enough cpu to run it if you choose. office 2013 requires a 1 gig cpu and 2 gig of ram.
