Specs from Lenovo says Touch screen is optional. This has 1366x768 display so it is NOT touch. Specs also show it has an 8x DVD Rewritable drive. As of 11/5/2014 the price on Newegg is $9 HIGHER than on Lenovo's site!? Can't include links. Just go to Lenovo and search for this model number.

What does it mean in the description Windows 7 professional through downgrade rights from Windows 8 Pro?

Windows 7 Professional is installed on the system when you get it. Recovery discs for Windows 8 Professional are included with the system. If you want to install Windows 8, boot the system from these discs and everything on the hard drive (including programs and data) will be deleted and replaced with Windows 8 Professional. You need to create recovery discs when you get the system should you need to replace the hard drive and want to restore Windows 7 Professional.
