I installed this cooler on my i7-7700 K and MSI Z270 Gaming 5 motherboard.  It works & was easy to install, but the instructions that come with are give you absolutely NO help at all.  I still can't figure out of the pump should be plugged into the "Pump" on the motherboard, or CPU Fan..  My temps are okay I guess, with idle at around 39 C, with full load using prime95 at around max of 80C overclocked at 4.5mghz.  Am I doing something wrong?  I ensured that both the bios & software have the fans, CPU, & Pump connections running at 100%.  Any ideas?  My Noctua D-15S cooled it better.  Any Ideas??

Hey,  it sounds to me like you did everything like I did.  I was also very disappointed with the lack of instructions and, being my first water cooler install, I was pretty nervous about it.  I have mine plugged into the pump port on mobo which is also an MSI.  I don't have mine overclocked quite as much as yours but I'm running around 30 - 32C while idle and I think I've got it up to 60 under load. I don't remember exactly but try looking at the program that you would look at for your processor temperature if that's what your wanting to monitor.

does this cooler support the new amd am4 socket for ryzen? if not will a conversion kit be offered?

According to Thermaltake's website, the AM4 bracket for this slated as coming soon. So you should wait a few weeks until they start shipping out this AIO water cooling system with that bracket included.

what is the vertical height of the pump/block? considering getting this with a kraken G12 but I only have the 2 slots for the GPU on my nano.

By 4pin I'm assuming you mean the CPU fan header... so yes it has a 4 pin plug on the pump and the same on the control box for the fans.  My motherboard (Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 7) has 2 plugs; 1 for the pump, and one for the fans.

How thick is the radiator with fans attached?  Want to make sure it will fit in my case with my MSI motherboard.  I tried a Corsair H115i  but it was way to thick

I just measured it at 2 inches. It fits fine with my MSI board in a slightly oversized case.
