How many ram sticks will this cover ? If I have 4 sticks of ram side by side will this cover them all?

Yes this will cover all 4 sticks but also keep one thing in mind if you are going for cosmetics looks than this is the thing for you but if you are really trying to keep your memory cooled off then I would go with liquid cooling for your ram. I'm not trying to keep you spending money with new egg by any means I have a premier account with them but I am trying to steer you in the right direction. I bought this for a client of mine and it sets the look off of the box but if you are buying it for it's purposes then I would explore liquid cooling for your RAM.

Hello i can use this hyper x fans with a corsair dominator memory ? i know i see the dominator memory fan cooler but is ugly compare with this thanks

There is a lot of clearance under these these, it will for just fine. Be sure to have some kind of air filtration for your car though. They become dirty and wear out kind of quickly (about a year for me, heavy pet hair environment).
