Well I am not 100% sure but I will tell you that the zalman has many mounting options I think it will work for you just fine.its a very good option if your stock cooler blew out..

To be honest, I couldn't tell you definitively.  I CAN tell you that we used this to replace a failing fan on a GeForce card in our Medison Accuvix XG ultrasound system where I work.  I don't recall the exact model name, nor do I know the exact form factor.  But if you order it and it doesn't fit/work for you I know Newegg has a fairly lenient RMA policy as long as you keep all of the original packaging.  As to the performance, it has been working like a charm for over a year now and is pretty quiet, as fans go, and the sono machine no longer powers down due to the vid card overheating, which was the symptom that prompted us to order this item.  Hope this helps!

As far as their website indicates, this is only for AMD Radeon cards. You will need the ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme III

No. Absolutely not. There's no way in hell that thing will dissipate the ~300watts of heat that card generates, let alone cool the VRM's.
