any screws and 3 pin fan connector to molex adapter included?

It comes with screws and the 3 pin fan can connect to the 2 pin molex (which comes with it).

What size screw fits this? I don't want to use rubber screws.

It's been a year since I installed this, but if I remember correctly, the standard case supplied screws were too short due to the rubber grommets on the fan. I called NZXT and they suggested I go to the hardware store to get a slight longer version of the case screw, and that worked. They may include the longer screws now, but I don't know (sorry).
