Question 1

I have two questions about this:

1. Does the screw in the PCI slot hold this in place securely?

2. Does this have enough clearance to fit a PCI card 1 slot under this or is it too thick?

The answer to your first question is yes, for the most part, the screw in the PCI slot does hold this in place rather well. It has some movement but that is to be expected with the forces of the fans on it, but it is nothing that is or should be all that concerning.

Moving on to your next question, these fans are not thick at all actually, and you would be able to fit them between 2 cards easily(AKA Videocard in PCI slot 1 Titan fans in slot 2 and then Another cad in slot 3). I am currently using mine on the bottom slot but I did have it between 2 very large cards and it fit with wiggle room.

Hi...i  like this but i dont know if it work with my video card..a have and Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT..does it work on this VGA?

If you have an open pci slot and room for the cooler.  It does not attach to your graphics card, it merely takes up the next pci slot.  However, I wouldn't recommend it.  I have one which now sits in the corner as it has no power.  It is very weak and has no impact on cooling.  I've run multiple tests, it's a waste of money.  The only way it would be good is if you utilize the brackets on another cooler.

Question 3

I have one more question when i play games my video card reaches about 78-82C. That is not normal and it makes me lagg. Will this product help me ? Will the temperaure go back to normal? So i have less lagg?

I would recommend adding more air flow in and out of your case but if you've got plenty of air flow this may help a little bit. If your computer is lagging, it seems most likely that the inside of the case is heating up and the CPU is essentially underclocking itself so it doesn't over heat.

Depending on the model of your video card these kind of temperatures may be normal, some higher end cards run really hot! I knew someone with a GTX 570 that ran around those temperatures despite having plenty of airflow. If you want to bring the temperature down on a card like that, I'd advise looking at a completely new aftermarket heat sink (something with 3 fans). I know ARCTIC makes a closed loop liquid cooling system and NZXT is taking pre-orders for a bracket to mount their CPU liquid cooling systems to GPUs.
