What is load temprature with this cooler?

I'm using it on an I7 3770K. No overclock. Idle temp is around 32 celsius. Load temp, based on playing BioShock Infinate with max settings is around 50 celsius. Temp decreases rapidly to idle temp when game is shut down. This is several dergrees cooler than the stock cooler. My case is large and has excellent airflow, I'm sure that helps too. That being said the Titan seems to be doing it's job quite well. What's more is it does not interfere with any of the RAM slots. Hope that helps.

Does this come with thermal paste?

Yes it does come with something called Nano Grease made by Titan.  Although included I would not trust this grease I have always used Arctic silver or an equivalent.  The included thermal past is very liquidity compared to a quality product like Arctic Silver. In my opinion the cost to benefit ratio of using brand name past significantly outweighs using any manufactures paste.
