Yes, however I removed it using Isopropyl Alcohol and applied Arctic Silver 5 to it. Cools very well.

Yes it will i have used it several times with that CPU. This CPU fan cools the processor just fine but as an extra step i also add another chassis fan to the box as this super fast processor gets hot.

This gentlemen used the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with a kit for the 17-3930. The kit is a Intel® Retention Bracket Set for LGA2011:

Since you can see the build (02:09 mark), and the guy is a pro, we know that the Evo 212 will work for sure with your CPU socket. The BXTS13A is a no guarantee for anything unless you can see the build in a video for yourself. Good Luck!

To start off with, I bough this as a back up when my water cooling loop broke, worked decent for games but would not recommend for long term use with high end gaming rigs, I could not find a definitive answer to your question, my 6820k ran at a constant 70-80c with a positive fan pressure in my case.

Intel only lists LGA2011sockets as being compatible with this cooler. Google "bxts13a intel" and look for the Intel site Instruction Manual for this product.
