Has anybody installed this on the Asus Z87 Pro motherboard?

I want to know if it will prevent me from loading all four slots with RAM.

I bought this for a friend's build. I used an EVGA board, but from what I can tell, unless you have massive heat-spreaders on your memory there won't likely be a problem. Being universal, it has a lot of odd adapters that make it sit pretty high. With his x79, it did indeed cover 2 ram slots, but if the ram is reasonably small, you could install some in all 4 slots as long as the first two were done before the cooler installation.

I would personally worry more about whether or not it will fit in the case (I had to remove the side panel's fan on an nzxt phantom) or if it will make contact with any of the stock heat sinks on the motherboard.

Another consideration is that this cooler can be mounted either vertically, or horizontally, depending on your cooling setup.

How is the included thermal grease, should I buy some thermal paste?

I did not use the included thermal paste.  I used some Arctic Silver from a previous build.  
I added another fan (same diameter)...also from a previous build to pull more air through the cooler and that set up works well.  I could plug the second fan into the 2nd CPU fan header on my Motherboard to get matching CPU fan control

Will this fit in my Asus CM1855 desktop?

It is a fairly large unit. You can check the exact dimensions in the product descriptions but I can tell you that it covers the last ram slot for one of my AM3 boards and is tall enough that the copper tubes touch the acyrillic cover of the case in a full ATX case. So is this thing compatible with the FM2+ board im getting or not?...in the video the dude shows you the compatibility tags on the box...FM2 was not listed..but newegg says it is...

Yes...there is a conversion kit that comes with it. My board is an ASUS A88X-Pro FM2/FM2-plus, and fit fine. Mind you, this thing is big, 'very' big. So at the very least make sure you have a mid-tower or bigger.

I want to add another fan to this cpu cooler. How would this work? I would just clip it on and plug the 4pin fan into a chassis header?

It's extremely simple! It comes with extra clips and it's just as simple as that. Get your fan, clip it on, you're done!

my motherboard has a FM2 / FM2+ socket, will this heatsink fit my motherboard?

Yes, unless it is Mini-ITX.  The cooler has great instructions & is well illustrated.  The fan will need to be removed for the installation, which is also in the instructions.  A great cooler and quiet.

I am not sure if it will work or not. I check Enermax website for more information about other sockets that are compatibility with the cpu cooler.

I know that Scythe SCKBT-2000 Kabuto II LGA2011 Top-Flow Heat Pipe CPU Cooler supports the FM2+ but not sure if you need to purchase a backplate with it.

Sorry if I didn't answer your question. But this all I could find on it. Hopefully in the next few months there were be more cpu cooler options for the FM2+ sockets.

Will this fit a LGA1150 board?

I am pretty sure it will.
It has adapters to fit different types of boards and will fit most AMD and Intel chips.  You may have to do more research but it says that the ETS-T40-TB version will fit it.

This is a big cooler so you want to make sure it fits inside your housing as well.  I got lucky it just barely fits in mine and i have a pretty big housing.

Question 10

Have  a ASUS comp w/ ASUS motherboard and AMD Athlon II X2 Regor CPU  AM3 socket. Is this cooler compatible in my ASUS model CM 1630 Tower  without having to remove the motherboard?

The cooler mounts to the CPU from behind the motherboard.  Unless your tower allows access to both the back of the front of motherboard behind the CPU, it is a pretty good bet you will need to remove it to mount it.  Also... make sure you read the specs for size ( both height and width)  and consider the placement of your DIMMS.  They may be hard to get too after you install the cooler.
