How long is the cord to control the LED, I was thinking on drilling a notch through my unused 3.25 bay and mounting them there, want to make sure the cord is long enough. Where have you mounted the control?

First off this fan is great and looks amazing-- i do not remember the exact length, but the wires are at least 12" probably more like 18"-- i mounted mine as an intake on the side of my chassis clear window, then mounted the fan L.E.D control on the back of the chassis, and ran the wiring through the pre-drilled water cooling holes with grommets on the back on my Antec DF 85 case--the fan control for the LED is really small ans hides easily, although you do want it on the outside of the chassis so you can easily change the colors of the LED's.. The control is push button-- let me know if i can help you any futher.
