Does this come with fans? If not, what fans should I get for this product?

No it does not, but it comes with a fan splitter so you can hook it up to the GPU to power the fans from the GPU and adjust fan speeds with it. Any fans will work, Linus really likes the Noctua ones, cheifly the NF-F12, as do many others. I used 140mm Akasa Viper fans at lower fan speeds personally. But 120mm fans are also good if you'd like to reduce the length but still have two fans, and there is a wider selection of good static pressure 120mm fans available. I'd also recommend seeing if there is a better VRM cooler for whatever card you have as the one they offer isn't very good. The cooler itself though is very good.

anyone try this on a gtx 980 yet?

I got it in a Quadro 4000 without hassle. I don't know about a GTX but I just unscrewed all the casing and glued on this puppy. Worked great. It comes with mounts for different form factors, I think GTX may fit but don't quote me on that.

Question 3

will this fit on a ASUS GTX 650 Ti DCU2?
and installed will the whole card (cooler and gpu) be less than 2 slot wide?

Theoretically it should fit any card with a supported GPU as it mounts on the holes around the GPU. No guarantees though.

And two slots is a pipe dream. Fully assembled with fan, this cooler takes up an entire FOUR slots.
