so does this come with th Waterblock or no because i see it in the picture?

It comes with a cpu water block, but you will have to buy a  separate waterblock for your gpu. You might need to buy a new set of fittings and tubes if you plan to add a gpu water block  because there is not enough fittings. It's also because the Od and ID of the fittings and tube are alittle smaller than the standard OD and ID.

OD means outer diameter 
ID means inner diameter

can i add a GPU to the loop with that pump and rez?

I am cooling a 4770k and 780ti with this pump and res. The 4770k is overclocked to 4.1 ghz. And the 780ti has a mild overclock as well.

Idle temps are no more than 5-6c over ambient and load temps are around 60C for the GPU, 70C for CPU.

Question 3

Curious if this kit will fit any case as a good starter kit and how does it compare to other custom starter kits in this price range?

This would work for other cases but remember this made specifically EVGA case which it fits into perfectly and is a very nice case.  It has enough components to work in a non evga case the only concern would be attaching the radiator you will need short screws to mount it and not get into the coils because other radiators have provisioning for screws that go completely through the radiator.

I'm new to the PC build but is this kit compatible in with the GIGABYTE GA-Z97N-WIFI LGA 1150 motherboard?

You shouldn't have any trouble with motherboard compatibility.  The only compatibility concern for the cooling kit is the case that it's being mounted in - in this case, it's designed for the eVGA Hadron Hydro case.  Just about any Mini ITX motherboard should work with it.

Does this come with thermal paste?

Yes, it does come with a low quality thermal paste. However, this system is does not work very well, at least for me. The pump seems incredibly underpowered and can barley move the coolant.  I would recommend spending your money on a different system. Even my 
El-cheapo larkooler system runs better than this. Not to mention it has an alarm for when the system fails to start or cavitates. The Evga has no safe guards.

Question 6

What size of fans mount to this. eg. 120mm or 140 mm? also can you count a push pull configure?

It comes with two 120mm fans. You can't do a push pull configuration because there's no room in the case.
