Is the RGB function capable of the rainbow effect that the fans in my Deepcool case produce and if so will they all be in sync? If not, what's the point?

If your motherboard (old type) does not support RGB LED lights in the fans, then you can manually provide the input by tapping the four control lines where one line is common (i.e., positive, line with white dashes) and three other lines are your choices R & G & B and any combinations of these lines tie together for a composite color. You can connect to power supply at 5V (permanently or until revised.)
