I don't have a copy of the instructions. Do you have a copy, or know where I can get them?

I don't know where my instructions are either but it is very straight forward: 1. Charge it until the light turns green, the battery icon tells you how charged it is. 2. Hold the on/off button down to turn it on/off. 3. Std/HQ button indicates standard of high quality copy, I tend to use std. 4. Color/BW button indicates scanning for color of BW, what you desire the resultant scan to be in. 5. PDF/JPG indicates what format the scan will be in. I use PDF for documents and JPG for pictures. To scan: line the white tick mark on wand with the edge of the paper; quickly push the on/off button; slowly pull the scan across the document; when finished quickly push on/off button. To download docs/pics, remove micro SD card, put in holder if needed, insert into card reader. Pics are in DCIM/100PHOTO folder, Docs are in DCIM/200Doc folder Hope this helps.
