How many HDDs and SATAIII SSDs can this thing handle at once? Like I was thinking of having 2X 2TB HDDs, and 2X 256GB SATAIII SSDs, is that configuration possible? The motherboard comes with 6 SATAIII ports so I definitely hope so.

5x 2.5" drives or 1x 2.5" w/ 1x 3.5" drives. Your config is definitely possible with all drive size in 2.5". Any yes, the stock MB does have 6x SATAIII ports, with one being used by the stock DVD.
