What mini pcie wlan solution worked for you? How did you solve the antenna attachment to the card? The supplied antenna cable has a butt terminal not an antenna terminal.

I used a USB wi-fi unit (cost $5.00). I ordered a PCie card just to try it (cost
$5.50), it has no arrived yet. I got the PC to run XP but it would not run XP or
XP 64bit. So I installed Windows 7 Ultimate and it worked great (even better
when I put 8GB (2 x 4GB) ram in it (get the Muskin 1333 matched pair at New Egg). Then I decided to try Windows 10 (had it on a 2 1/2 inch drive). I
plugged it into a USB port as you can boot from USB with this PC and it worked great also (only proplem was it gave me 30 days to put in a key code) Intel showed that this CPU would run XP so I will work on that when I get time.
P.S. I checked the antenna end and it look like the correct connection for the PCie card I ordered. Atheros AR5B225 WIFI Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Half MINI PCI-E Card Exceed 6235
 
Pros: I think it is a great PC. When i get all my O/S's on usb chips I will be able to run tham on this PC
Con: It stopped booting up (I have 30+ years experience and this is not uncomman. So, I requested a replacement and am sending it back.

Is the processor integrated to the mother board as in a laptop, or can this be changed? I would also like to know the model name of the motherboard.

Yes the proc is embedded, steer clear of this disaster...the graphics subsystem is the dreaded Poulsbo Gma500,powered by powerVr....the Intel open source drivers do not work with this heap. Unless you are running a headless(no gui) server of some sort...stay away...no support from any of the clowns that spawned this dreck. Linux support is miniscule, win 7 32 bit will run horribly at 720p if you are lucky. I wish I knew before I impulse bought this....Im going to have to use external graphics or just use it as a crap server(my OnePlus One phone has more power than this mess.) Its pointless. No bios updates either.the wireless card,slim dvd,hard drive/ssd or memory do not come included. You have been warned. The mobo is MS-B032 BY MSI

The specs don't say much about the RAM. What type of RAM: laptop or desktop? Also, how many slots does it have?

Just ordered this and didn't pay enough attention - this device uses DDR3 1333 SODIMM (204 pin laptop mem). Manual states a max of 4GB across 2 slots.

No hard disk, no OS.  I'm finding that Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 64bit runs fine on this machine.  Makes a good little media server.
