Do i have to buy RAM or its included ?

The one I bough only comes with the CPU. You have to buy ram and SSD drive (it will only accept an SSD drive as the primary drive but it dosent have to be big, just enough for the OS because you can put a large SATA drive on the external SATA port). Other then that I have no problems with it so far.

Question 2

What else do you need to purchase to complete this (other than KB/Mouse/Monitor)?  memory? HDD/SSD? ...?

You do also need to by a power cable to plug the power supply into the wall.  It is a fairly standard power cable with what is often referred to as a micky mouse ear configuration.  After that it is ready for your application...

Whatever OS you want to run, like Linux, Windows, even a home theater set up using XBMC, or OPENELEC, and any other accessories you need for your particular application.

Question 3

Does the eSATA port on this support port multiplication?

No, there are to micro pci slot, but the one closet to the board only has enough room for a 1/2 height card (wifi card only pretty much) and the top one does not support port multiplication.
