Does this package include traffic status?

Hi,
 If you are asking if it will alert you as to heavy traffic and longer than normal traffic movement on a route, Yes, it will. The unit will show the additional time expected to continue traveling on the plotted course. If it can find an alternate route to avoid this, it will recalculate a route and give you the option to choose it, rather than remain on the original route.
 ***Note: This option will only be available around larger cities where this signal is being broadcast. I have used it several times traveling I-95 and it has saved me time.

Will this work with a Windows  Nokia phone for hands free calling?

According to the documentation it only works with Android. I remember this well because I was shocked that it did not work with iPhone. So the answer is no according to the documentation.

Is this a refurbished GPS and does it have Canada as part of the installed and life time maps?

Mine was a refurbished, but I could not tell the difference from new. The maps were as followed from Garmin  Includes US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, French Guiana, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Bahamas, Saint Barthelemy, Guadeloupe, and Martinique.

My Tom-Tom only shows my next turn. Does this 2595LMT have the capability to show a list of turns/roads for an entire route? I'm looking for something like the "Driving Directions"  MapQuest or other computer map programs provide. Sometimes I want to know ahead of time what cities or POI's a planned route will take me near.

After a route has been calculated, you can see the full list of instructions by tapping the green banner at the top. Tapping the moving map will show a map zoomed out where you can see the entire route, and you can pan and zoom that map, also.

I apologize for the late response, I have been traveling and did not have access to my Garmin documents.  According to the accessory guide this Garmin can have the following Maps on the Go downloaded Europe NT, Mexico NT and Australia NT or plug in a pre-programmed microSD card to get detailed street mapping for your destination or there are more available at garmin dot com. I believe it does but requires an additional service not included. Call Garmin customer service and they will help you as I did so prior to purchase. Nice people to talk to and helpful too  .
